The client-company sells in more than 60 countries through a sales force of approximately 3.6 million independent consultants with sales exceeding 1.5€ billion. Due to international experience and network JOR Consulting were engaged to support delivering senior and highly specialised talent to their IT Centre of Excellence.

Goals

Goal of our client was to acquire teams of passionate, motivated individuals who can work well together in a Center of Excellence (CoE). We organized teams of people that are knowledgeable and are excited to share. They follow best practice, and are passionate about the chosen technology.
