Our common approach is a multi-week, month or years-long collaborative process between a client-firm and our consultants. The scheme may target long-term strategic planning or more immediate goals. Stages of Execution

Problem Definition

  • One of the most critical stages in a project’s lifecycle is defining the problem that needs to be solved. Although we deal with the predefined problem, we can quickly differentiate symptoms from causes and work with the client to expand or redefine the project scope.

Starting Point

  • We form a start-hypothesis regarding the cause and effect of the problem. The initial hypothesis will be expanded to include key questions that need to be answered and analyzed. At this point a project plan and an execution timeline will be developed and presented to the client for approval.

Research & Data Gathering

  • During that stage we will familiarize ourselves with the client and their relevant team members. Extensive interviews will help define the key strategic areas of improvement. An in-depth research regarding industry and market trends will be conducted alongside. Our consulting team will leverage its network to identify similar projects in order to obtain a larger perspective.

Analysis

  • The data being analyzed will be divided up into manageable and often hierarchical components. The distinction between inputs and outputs and how new inputs will affect the final output will be presented. After completing different components of the data analysis – a schedule for progression will be devised.

Presentation & Findings

  • At this stage a final presentation summarizing the results, implications, and recommendations will be composed. In most cases, a senior consultant who holds the primary client relationship will present the findings with more junior team members providing support. The stage of developing the final client presentation, in conjunction with senior partners and managers is where most of this learning takes place.
